沥青搅拌站除尘设备工作原理及改进方法

本文详细论述沥青搅拌站袋式除尘器工作原理，分析了影响该除尘器工作效率的因素，提出了改进方法，对同类型除尘系统的沥青搅拌站的改进和维修具有一定指导意义。     

The European Landscape Convention

Adopted in Florence (Italy) on 20 October 2000, the European Landscape Convention is aimed at promoting the protection, management and planning of European landscapes and organising European cooperation on landscape issues. It is the first international treaty to be exclusively concerned with all dimensions of European landscape. It applies to the entire territory of the Parties and relates to natural, urban and peri-urban areas, whether on land, water or sea. It therefore concerns not just remarkable landscapes but also ordinary everyday landscapes and blighted areas. The Convention represents an important contribution to the implementation of the objectives of the Council of Europe: these seek to protect Europeans' quality of life and well-being, taking into account landscape, cultural and natural values. The member states of the Council of Europe signatory to the European Landscape Convention declared their concern to achieve sustainable development based on a balanced and harmonious relationship between social needs, economic activity and the environment. The cultural dimension is also of fundamental importance.     

2014年上半年我国胶鞋行业经济运行情况

2014年1-6月我国胶鞋行业的经济运行平稳,我国胶鞋出口单价有所提高。近年来我国胶鞋行业供大于求的局面加剧,胶鞋企业向东南亚以及我国中西部地区转移。我国胶鞋的进口单价仍远高于出口单价,美国一直是我国胶鞋出口量和出口额第一的国家。调整产品结构、逐步转型升级、打造品牌竞争力是我国胶鞋行业发展的必由之路。     

Preparation of Silver Nanowires via a Rapid,Scalable and Green Pathway

Rapid synthesis of silver nanowires(Ag NWs) with high quality and a broad processing window is challenging because of the low selectivity of the formation of multiply twinned particles at the nucleation stage for subsequent Ag NWs growth.Herein we report a systematic study of the water-involved heterogeneous nucleation of Ag NWs with high rate(less than 20 min) in a simple and scalable preparation method.Using glycerol as a reducing agent and a solvent with a high boiling point,the reaction is rapidly heated to 210 ℃ in air to synthesize Ag NWs with a very high yield in gram level.It is noted that the addition of a small dose of water plays a key role for obtaining highly pure Ag NWs in high yield,and the optimal water/glycerol ratio is0.25%.After investigating a series of forming factors including reaction temperature and dose of catalysts,the formation kinetics and mechanism of the Ag NWs are proposed.Compared to other preparation methods,our strategy is simple and reproducible.These Ag NWs show a strong Raman enhancement effect for organic molecules on their surface.     

Influence of cooling rates on the precipitation behavior and microstructure of Nb-Ti microalloyed steel

Influence of different cooling rates on the microstructure and the precipitation behavior of Nb-Ti microalloyed steel was investigated by CSLM,OM,SEM and EDS. The results show that the precipitation process of carbonitrides can be in-situ observed by CSLM,and with the increase of the cooling rate,the distribution of precipitates changes from along the austenitic grain boundaries to within the grains. With the increase of the cooling rate,the proeutectoid ferritic film becomes smaller and smaller and then disappears,and the original austenitic grains become finer and finer. In order to obtain non-film like proeutectoid ferrites or non-chain like precipitates along the austenitic grain boundaries and finer austenitic grains,the cooling rate should be at least 5℃/s.     

Fabrication of curved micro structures on photoresist layer

A novel fabrication process for micro patterns with curvature was introduced. The curved structures were made by compensating rectangular micro structures with liquid photoresist layer. Because of the surface tension of the liquid in micro scale, various shapes of meniscus can be made on the micro channels. The micro channels were made on the silicon substrate in advance, and then the liquid layer was coated on the micro channels. From the nature of liquid behavior, the curved patterns with smooth surface are obtained, which cannot be made easily with the conventional mechanical machining, as well as with the microfabrication processes, such as wet and dry etching. With this principle, it is expected that the smooth and curved surfaces can be made by simple processes and the results can be applied widely, such as optical patterns.     

虚拟样机技术在隔膜泵设计开发中的应用

介绍了往复式活塞隔膜泵的结构及工作原理,建立了几何模型的数值仿真模型即隔膜泵的虚拟样机模型,利用ADAMS运动学分析软件对隔膜泵进行了运动学分析,仿真得到的结果有较高的精度,效果令人满意,为隔膜泵的开发和参数优化提供了理论依据。     

基于广义S变换的吸收衰减梯度检测

利用时频分析可以对地震波进行时频分解,进而获得地震波高频段吸收衰减梯度,用于油气检测。然而当地震记录中高频干扰较强时,高频段时频谱的吸收衰减梯度并不能很好反映真实的吸收衰减情况。本文提出利用目前时频分辨能力较高的广义S变换求取地震波低频段时频谱的衰减梯度,并与高频段的吸收衰减梯度进行对比,以期更好地指示油气。理论推导、数值模拟及实际应用结果表明:基于广义S变换的低频吸收衰减梯度可以与高频吸收衰减梯度相互佐证,更可靠地指示油气的存在。     

复合缓释型钻井液滤饼清除剂的研究与应用

复合缓释型钻井液滤饼清除剂是由一系列可以产生羟基自由基的不同链长的烷基和芳香基的合成有机物与无机物、助剂复配而成的。该钻井液滤饼清除剂在温度30～180℃范围内钻井液滤饼清除率达到90.38%～100%;50℃时对高黏度聚合物降解率达到97.30%以上;对抑制性型、硅基型、复合金属离子型、环境无害化等类型钻井液滤饼清除率达到95.79%以上,岩心渗透率恢复值达到了94.3%,在油水井解堵改造应用中,增产增注效果显著。     

新型核壳结构体膨堵漏剂STP的研究

由于目前普遍使用的桥塞堵漏剂在变形性和膨胀性方面都还存在较大的缺陷,因此开发出了新型体膨堵漏剂STP.该堵漏剂采取核壳结构模式,其核物质采用无机矿物质,可以增加堵漏剂的强度、调节堵漏剂的密度,且来源广泛便于控制成本;其壳物质采用了水溶性单体和疏水性单体共聚形成两亲互穿式网络聚合物结构,表面采用感温类疏水物质进一步改性,解决聚合体吸水无限膨胀与抗温的技术问题;其粒径可根据实际需要做任意加工处理,其膨胀性受颗粒大小的影响程度小,在0～3 h期间可持续膨胀,体积膨胀倍数可达到4～8倍,颗粒密度可根据需要在1.20～1.67 g/cm3范围内调整;可通过控制不同的碱量来控制膨胀体的膨胀倍数和膨胀速度,可利用井内温度提高膨胀量,与常规综合堵漏剂配合使用能大幅度减少漏失量和提高承压能力.
